Two keys to unlocking great sound in a car stereo system are serious power and extensive control — and this amp’s got them both. For power, AudioControl’s LC-6.1200 6-channel amplifier puts out 125 watts RMS per channel, so it’ll drive even the most demanding aftermarket speakers with plenty of headroom to spare. And if you’re into bass, you could bridge this amp to 3-channel mode to drive three subwoofers with 400 watts RMS each, 1200 watts in total.

This amp will work well with a 3-way system that uses a pair of tweeters, midrange speakers, and subs. Highly adjustable crossover networks let you set high-pass, low-pass, and bandpass filters so each driver gets only the frequencies it was designed to play. AudioControl’s AccuBASS® circuit ensures maximum bass performance, even if you’re connected to a factory radio that normally turns down the lower frequencies as you turn the volume up

AudioControl designed the LC-6.1200 to work equally well with aftermarket and factory stereos. Eight active speaker-level inputs allow you to connect to almost any factory radio, with signal summing accommodating the separate bass, midrange, and treble signals found in some factory systems.
